"Oh, oh, oh. Well, well, of course, I remembered you! And you were always delinquent on your payment."
"It was not me, miss Martha. I always paid on time, and the two of them were always late."
"Well, whatever."
"So, we're looking for rooms to accommodate five people, do you have anything available?"
"All I got is a room for four people," was the answer.
"Is there any way we could put a mattress or maybe another bed in between two double beds?"
"I'm afraid, we couldn't. But the fifth person could sleep on the floor or together with any two of you, I don't care, but you will have to pay for that person, too."
"Ok, I see. What about the conditions? Is everything the same or you got any changes in your policies? Are local calls free of charge?"
"Yes, they are. The policies are pretty much the same. What else would you like to know?"
"Does the room have a bathroom, air conditioning, microwave oven or kitchen, cable TV, housekeeping?"
"Here's the key, room number 206. You can take a look at it if you want, it's downstairs."
"When are we gonna be able to move in if we like it?"
"Right away."
"And the last question: how much is the rent?"
"Seventy dollars per person per week."
"Oh, ok. Let's go to see the room, guys."
