            "Ok, do they have a toll free number?"
            "What's that?" wondered Nelly.          
            "That's a number that you can call free of charge from anywhere within the United States. It's also called 'one eight hundred number,' because it starts with 1 800."
            "So what's the toll free number for Spirit Airlines?"
            "It's 1 800 772 7117"
            "Ok. Who's gonna call?"
            "Of course Harut!"

            Harut approached the nearest payphone, picked up the receiver and dialed the number.
"All our agents are with other customers right now. Please hold1 and the next available agent will be with you shortly," he heard.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Talk to them!" said Anna impatiently.
"I would, but the agents are busy, there's nobody available to answer my call right now, we have to wait."
After about two minutes someone on the other end of the line picked up the phone:
"Good afternoon. Spirit Airlines. This is Sandy. How may I help you?"   
"Hello. I would like to know whether you have tickets from New York to Somewhere Beach."
"Departing when?" asked the airline agent.
"Today."
